When I first subscribed to this list I made
some comments about politeness.
I have to speak up again about the 'flaming' going on
by members of this list.

Maybe it's because I am new to this information superhighway
stuff, but I prefer to think of some of the 'flaming' I
see as just plain rudeness.

So many of the flames I see are not good natured at all.
Would these things be said directly to the person, or is
it easier to get away with this anonymously?

I really enjoy the exchange of information and the
occasional humor, but I always wince at these flames.

Is there any way we can disagree without being rude?

I know this will probably cause some flames
directed at me, but so be it.
