From the time we began discussion of copyright and discussion,
discussion, and more discussion, I have been bothered that no one
seemed to speak with any authority, i.e., they didn't seem to really
know what they were talking about. And I include myself. I thought
the actual law should be cited. I have just been too lazy, I guess,
