FrameMaker and Interleaf will serve to build online help; and yes you can
pour your Word files in. (They may never come back, of course, the way you
sent them). But keep in mind that help is what people turn to when they are
in the middle of work, want to get on with the task, and do not want a lot of
conceptual material, reference stuff, or tutoring. They need procedures.
Have you got any in the paper docs you are looking at? If not, that's what
to start writing, aiming at help.
