Use of learning theories in instructional design materials

Hello,

Does anyone have any examples of where they have created training
materials (including user guides..etc) and courses using learning theories.
For example, computer based instruction may include Skinner's operant
conditioning, Gagnes conditions of learning or Bandura's social-cognitive
theory.

If yes, would it be possible to briefly describe these examples.
