You have to use Microsoft Word as a "bridge" between PageMaker and FrameMaker.
This wreaks havoc with your index entries. The text of the index entry
becomes visible in MS Word, so entries have to be redone. However, all of
your style information comes through fine. Just make sure that the style
names and definitions match in all "versions" of your document.
