Help! Last month, I purchased a PC-based voicemail system for
our local STC chapter to use as an information hotline for jobs,
meeting notices, and other information. Now, it seems as though
the company is no longer in business.
Is there anyone out there who knows anything about a company called
The Complete PC? It was based in San Jose, CA. When I talked to one of the
customer service reps there during the ordering process, he mentioned
something about the company being bought out by another company in
Florida. This news raised a big red flag when I heard it, but the rep
assured me that I would still be able to get in touch with them.
Now, their 800 number says their office is closed, their info-fax
line is either busy or doesn't answer, and the phone number I get
from information says that the number is no longer in service!
I would greatly appreciate any information about the company. Suggestions
regarding other alternatives for handling this situation are also
welcomed.
Please post responses directly to me unless you feel that your response
would benefit the group.
Thanks.
