The style guide that comes with the Windows Software Development Kit
is _The Windows Interface: An Application Design Guide_. It _is_ a
guide for developing stylistically-correct Windows applications, but
doubles as a useful reference for people writing documentation for
the resulting applications, covering all the naming conventions and
terminology they'll need to know.
