Actually, that's not quite true. Since the STC is a non-profit organization,
they can't withold information from non-members. While it may be difficult
for non-members to find out about services available because they're not on the
mailing list, they can get information if they ask. Our DC job hotline is
open to anyone who wants to call it. In addition, the STC's BBS is also open
to anyone who dials in.
