Hi Sue,

I'm not familiar with mobile help, so my apologies if I am ignorant of
something obvious, but since you mentioned that the sources are in
Google docs, you could try cleaning that up and downloading it as Epub
- that can be easily and conveniently read on both Android and iOS.

Alternatively, you can look into a free doc hosting site like
https://readthedocs.org/ or a static site generator like Hugo or
Jekyll.
