Ken,
I am not suggesting that you "embellish" your resume, but if you have
played around with it, even though a trial version, you can honestly
state that you have "some experience with it but are not a power
user". Ask to see the kind of diagram they would expect you to create,
if possible. Visio can be a little fiddly but isn't very hard to pick
up.
