seeking a reliable forum for HTML5/CSS3 discussion

Hi,

I am looking for a reliable forum for discussion of topics HTML5/CSS3. Someone on this list recommended the group "CSS3 / HTML5: The future of front end" on LinkedIn. However my request to join was never approved. Never rejected, but never approved. Just sitting there in a Pending state for more than a year.  Another LinkedIn group: "HTML5 / CSS3 / Javascript" seems to be a lot more about people promoting their products than about helpful discussion.

Any suggestions outside those two?
