He rips up fake job boards and fake resume outfits (some are names you think you trust), and has almost no good words for HR departments.

Corcodilos also warns never to reveal your current salary.

NEVER give your SSN until you are hired.

I think wanting the DOB is because they are not allowed to ask your age.
