Not a MOOC, but reasonably-priced online training from Lynda.com,
http://www.lynda.com/, is well-respected AFAIK. I know someone who's taken
their classes and been very pleased.
The classes weren't coding/design-related though. They were for Office apps,
such as heavy-duty math/equation use in Excel and fairly advanced (albeit
not with the styles/themes) PowerPoint formatting, especially with goodly
numbers of master slides/notes.
But for a previous contract, I was interested in learning about XCode,
developing iOS apps, and video for game design. And several of the SMEs
agreed that the relevant courses on Lynda.com looked really good.
I hope that it continues to be a great resource; it's been bought by
LinkedIn, so who knows what'll change.
