My point was that customers ask for things because they dont know better
and they're asking for ways because with their limited knowledge it makes
sense. Ask me that many appen sections and Ill attempt to ascertain what
the real issue is. That many appen sections is a nightmare for everybody.
To me, an appendix section is a close relative to misc.
