I don't see that whether or not you put things in the cloud has
anything to do with whether or not you use a tablet.

Most of my work is on Google Drive. I can edit everything from Windows
PC, Linux PC, or Mac, at home or at the office, using MS Office,
LibreOffice, or OpenOffice. If there were any reason to I could edit
using my iPad or Android phone as well but so far there hasn't been
any. I use Google Docs regularly but it's annoyingly crude and slow.

I've used external monitors with my iPad to watch movies. I've seen
people do the same with Android.
