I'm really not happy with the ribbon... it's an example of Microsoft welding on the training wheels and making it difficult for skilled users to do things as quickly and easily as we used to be able to. I've learned how to customize the ribbon but as a contractor, I have to end up doing it all over again every time I start a new assignment <sigh>.
