We recently acquired a new HP and a new Dell. The HP had a load of bloatware to uninstall, but interestingly, the Dell had a bloatware installer program preinstalled that needed to be authorized in order to download stuff from Dell on first startup. One decline followed by one uninstll and the result was a pretty clean computer.
