I think that's a rather silly and limiting list. Mathematical comfort (if
not proficiency) will be highly useful in many technical writing jobs. From
what I know, most of the occupations that require post-secondary education
that are on that list involve highly competitive grades to enter, and some
do require at least a minimum level of post-algebra mathematics.

stimulate discussion.)
