Yeah, I donât deny there are some advantages.

In Agile, you get to miss multiple dates per year, whereas in Waterfall, youâd get to miss just one... :-)



But, all seriousness aside, I must admit that the big âcome crashing down at the endâ has transformed utterly --- into a series of smaller crashings-down at a bunch of ends. So, now there are multiple windows throughout the year during which I must not book vacation... except those can slide.
