It's best to get the in-country reviewers to supply the correct terminology
translations, if possible. This way your translators are starting with
preferred phrases and terminology, and can better target other translations
based on those terms. There is no one to one translation from one language
to another, so having these preferred terms and phrases done up front and
validated up front (if the in-country reviewers would rather review this
first stab from the translators) is extremely helpful. Otherwise you will
have variations on how terms are translated, particularly if there is more
than one translator working on the job.
