William Sherman asked about how to get two paragraph lines in a table cell,
with a paragraph mark. at the end of the first line, and can't duplicate it
in another cell

I haven't used Frame for awhile, and I don't have a copy at home. However, I
think it may have come from merging two cells. I know for a fact that when
you merge Word cells, if there is text in both, the text of the first cell
ends with a paragraph mark. See I'd see if something similar happens in
Frame. If it does, add a row, put the second text line in the cell beneath
the first, then merge the cells (and delete the rest of the cells that you
do not need).
Another fun anomaly of Word tables is that you cannot have a tab in a cell,
because the tab (like in Excel) advances you to the next cell.
