They will want to know whether you have the

Right. And I forgot to mention that you should inquire as to who the
reader(s) of your deliverables will be. This is the real gatekeeper.
Will that person(s) be interviewing you? If not, is someone else making the
"purchasing decision" on their behalf? Make every attempt to know the
answers to these questions as early in the game as you can. Obviously, it's
best if you'll be interviewed directly by the real gatekeeper(s) and that
you and they are in 100% agreement as to the scope of the services you are
to initially provide.
