Hi Lauren

Thanks so much for these tips and tricks. I was amazed at how much old and
irrelevant information is out there when I googled my gmail address. (The
job Pipi reports was five years ago!) I thought my name was rather unique
(my mom named me Shirley, I made up Bee, and a friend made up Beelia), but
my gmail address retrieves more Beelias than I thought existed - even in
places like Mexico and Singapore.

For a long time I've had an aversion to using "Like" anywhere but on
friends' FB posts, and now I know that was a good decision. I found that my
gmail address retrieved all of my favorite Stumbleupon sites (you must use
"Like" to get the kind of pages that interest you), complete with images.
That was a surprise.

It kind of tickled me, because there's nothing I mind anyone seeing (ok, so
I'm a stupid LOLcat addict), but now I'm aware of what the ramifications
might be when I click that button. How did they miss that I subscribe to
mugumogu's YouTube channel? (Oops, I guess it's out now!)

Seeing some of my past Techwr-l emails was also quite illuminating (wonder
why some appeared and others didn't). Both Stumbleupon and Techwr-l were a
good trip down memory lane for me.

I have calmed down considerably about my unemployment benefits problem.
I've seen how badly other people are affected by the EDD's problems, and
realize that at least I have backup funds to pay my most crucial bills.
It's kind of like having pneumonia and realizing that other people have
cancer. I am relatively blessed. :-)

Thanks again,

Bee
