Installing Shrinkwrapasis

Hi, all.

I am puzzled about how to install the oldie-but-goodie ShrinkWrapAsIs.

I had it in my download file from when I used it with FrameMaker 7, and I'm about to install it with FM10, but I don't remember what to do with the files and the martinek.us site, which might have provided instructions, seems no longer to exist.

There are three files:

ShrinkWrapAsIs.c
ShrinkWrapAsIs.dll
ShrinkWrapAsIs.rc

I figure the .dll goes in fminit/Plugins, but I don't know where the other two go. Does anyone know?
