No, then you just raise my first assertion about conflicting answers, there is something wrong with the subject (the third person) or the person taking the test. Look at this way...

If Dan never sees that Coworker gets impatient when things move too slowly or frustrated when things move too quickly, then perhaps Dan is a poor judge of the reactions of others when he takes too long or rushes. Is it really the case that if you make Coworker wait on you, then Coworker will not be impatient to any degree? Is it really the case that Coworker will not get frustrated to any degree if you say, "hurry up"?

If coworker has no emotional reaction to things moving too slow or too fast, then coworker must be a zombie. Is coworker a passive or an active zombie?

One thing you may be missing in your analysis of the question, is that it is not just one question; it is two questions about reactions to extreme speeds of two slow or too fast and you get to choose what reaction you want to measure. It is also a pair of questions about what is more likely to trigger impatience and frustration. Since *everyone* gets impatient or frustrated at some point, it is impossible to say that your coworker never has these reactions, so you are left to judge how the degree of reaction your coworker will likely have when having one of these reactions.
