I have never understood the mediocrity of modern teleconferencing
hardware. It's the glacial version of Moore's Law.
The same "Martian Spaceship" has been in use for over 20 years.
This is a HUGE OPPORTUNITY for the right team of inventors and marketers. I'm thinking that the ultimate version, other than "Beam me up, Scotty," would have the entire conference play on a mental screen inside your head. Yes, you would "hear voices" and need to make sure no bystanders thought you were certifiable.
