You can print a PDF to a PDF of a smaller page size, but if you reduce
an 8.5 x 11 page that much it will likely be unreadable.
If you can't get hold of the original source for the PDF, you can
switch the view to single page continuous, select all, copy, and paste
in a DTP or word processing application.
