You can print a PDF to a PDF of a smaller page size, but if you reduce
an 8.5 x 11 page that much it will likely be unreadable.

If you can't get hold of the original source for the PDF, you can
switch the view to single page continuous, select all, copy, and paste
in a DTP or word processing application.

I have Acrobat X on Windows 7. Is it possible to reduce the size of a page in Acrobat? I Googled this, all I found was how to shrink the file size...which is not what I want to do. I want to reduce the actual page size.
