"Isn't this a bit like griping about the person who says they dislike Casey Anthony unless they drop an hour of reasons on you? Isn't it enough to say one dislikes Word without having to list 50 examples?"
It is one thing to say you dislike Word and never want to use it again. I'm fine with that.
It's another to denounce the software as completely useless, and give the impression you have that opinion because you struggle to find menu items, or because engineers have destroyed your formatting when they haven't been trained on how to use it properly... :)
