With one client that I had, we created a RoboHelp CHM file and then
uploaded
the file to SharePoint. Once in SharePoint, the CHM file had to be
downloaded to the user's PC for all the links to work.

If all links are relative, what is the salient difference
between the two environments - inside SharePoint versus
on local HD - that breaks links within a CHM? Presumably,
they both live on a hard disk somewhere, so...?
