Help?

I'm using RoboHelp7 to generate html help files.

When I compile/view the .chm file, I see the Index, Search, and Glossary tabs; but not the TOC tab.

I have specified the correct TOC file (I created a new TOC, rather than using the default TOC) in Single Source Layouts > Microsoft HTML Help (Primary Layout) Properties; and I've selected the TOC & Index check box in Project Setup > Window Properties.

Anybody have an idea what the problem is?
