The biggest downside is right in your first sentence: " I finally tested
out Acrobat Shared Review , using the host-on-Adobe.com feature..."

Posting content, let alone draft content, on third-party servers is
strictly forbidden in our shop. Hence why I cringe envery time I here a
major vendor like Adobe or Microsoft get all starry-eyed and wax poetic
about the cloud being the wave of the future.
