Is there any chance you could share a link to the docs?

Anecdotally, I'm doing a pilot project providing documentation in the EPUB format and so far it's been very well received by both external and internal audiences. Like PDFs, they are easy to distribute, as they are just a single file. However, they provide a much better experience for online reading. In addition to being able to manually add the books to a Nook, an iPad, or a Sony reader, they can also be read easily online.
There's a free Firefox add-on for reading and managing EPUB books in the browser that gives outstanding results.

I anticipate providing PDFs forever, as there are people that want to print out a hardcopy. But I do think EPUBs are a great distribution format as well.
