Leave..... Sounds like you are in a situation where you will always be the
excuse for your boss. You will never get the info you need and you will not
be allowed to talk to the people who have the info you need. You either put
up with it and end up having your healthy ruined by the stress, or you move
on and look back wondering why you stayed so long.
