"Of course, that depends on the certification being both valid and widely recognized"Agreed, but that's a matter of practice. I'm talking about the idea of professional certification in principle.
This is the big "if" that I wonder about.
Short answer: It's a good one. I'd welcome a decent argument to the contrary.
