I've glanced at a few horrors that were supposed to be touting some nifty FOSS, and consisted of the Camtasiac flitting the cursor over various jump-in, jump-out screens.

Here's an invented scenario that's kind of an amalgam of the worst:

"As you can see here, we just click on this, and a couple more clicks over on this other screen to set up the profile, you might need to do a little more with some of those parameters to make it the way you want it, and we're done."

1. I can't see where "this" is because you went too fast and didn't name the item of interest.

2. You know where your cursor is heading. I can't even catch where it is at all.

3. Something just changed on your screen, but I have no idea what it was.

4. The "other screen" came from some mystical but unrevealed place. Lemme guess, in your spare time, you're a gamer, right?
