Eliot Kimber's DITA4Publishers project lets you use the DITA Open Toolkit to
produce EPUB and Kindle files from any DITA map. As part of this project,
he's made a Word-to-DITA converter that I haven't yet played with. For the
latest version, and a User Guide:
