Those of you who are stuck with Word as your doc creation application
probably find the collaboration features leave much to be desired,
especially when it comes to doc review and sign-off.

A new Web service addresses this, and seems it would be especially
helpful when you have users in multiple locations. It also seems a good
way to avoid the template mess that often happens when a doc is reviewed
and changes suggested by multiple parties.
