I'm a big fan of the "Knock 'Em Dead" and the "What Color Is Your
Parachute?" series. Parachute isn't technically a business
correspondence book, focusing on how to find work that suits your life
purpose. However, there are great tips on crafting good business
letters that meet the needs of your intended audience, rather than
what you want to sell.
