Daniel,

I made worksheets for my son using the typefaces in the Primer Print
family. One variant even includes the lines above, below, and at X
height. Here's an about page that lists a number of different types of
fonts:

For fun, I put together a website that converts text in boxes into
worksheets. I can't find the files I made. But I found a different
website that provides an interface for you to create worksheets to
print or share.
