Hi David

Seems like you're looking for an "authoring memory" tool. There are a couple
of them:

- Acrolinx. There is a video on YouTube in which they claim they have
plug-ins for DITA editors like FrameMaker, XMetaL and Arbortext <
http://youtu.be/j1wNyAUFSkE>
- SDL Author Assistant, which also integrates with FrameMaker, XMetaL and
Arbortext <

>
- SDL Global Authoring Management System with AutoSuggest: <
http://bit.ly/cEpcJq>
- Author-it Xtend: <

If you want to learn DITA, we can help you:

Kind regards
