A lot depends on what your brother is selling, how many items will be
in the storefront, and how often the items change.

Some web hosts like Netfirms include a website builder app as part of
their package. They also could hook your brother up with a store
designer.

If the site is really simple, he could use Weebly.com . My old boss'
wife built a home made candle store with its drag and drop interface.
