I really appreciate the suggestions, and I am going to try them immediately. I will let you now how it works out, because I doubt we are the only ones encountering this problem. As for the font, Captivate 4 has an Arial Black 11 point font that Captivate 5 lacks. "Why" is  a question only Adobe can answer. We found fonts that were close, but not close enough to substitute for the specified font.
