Shift F5 is broken in Word 2007. The only workaround I know of involves
putting a macro in the document. My Word is set to disable macros in
documents as a default, and if anyone you send a document to is using the
same default, the fix won't work for them.
In Acrobat, after you've clicked on a link, right-click anywhere in the PDF
page and select "Previous View" to return to the link origin.
