I think screaming and stamping your feet is appropriate for an InstallShield
wizard. :-) I generally include the first panel so the user can be certain
they are in the right place. After that, I don't think they are necessary.
For REALLY simple wizards, I have even eliminated the steps and told the
reader to follow the instructions on each panel of the wizard. I work
closely with the developers to make sure we have good instruction on the
panels.
