Assuming that (1) we're talking about everyone from the CEO down to the person
who empties the trash and (2) that I didn't already have anything specific in
mind (which seems to be your situation), I'd probably do a talk on the
importance of knowledge preservation in a business and how everyone everyone in
the company knows something that would be missed in some way if they were
suddenly not there and the knowledge had not been preserved. My objective would
be to impress upon the people who perceive themselves as being the least
significant that they know things that make them important to the company's
success, and to try to remind the people at the top of that as well.
