Are there any active support forums for MS HTML Help?

I'm writing a manual and a compiled help file (.chm) for a Windows
program. I've found much of what I need to know with Google searches,
but I'm having an odd issue with program calls to the help file and
could use the input of a community that knows HTML Help. Searching
online hasn't born fruit--does anyone know of such a webforum or
active newsgroup? Thanks.
