Hi David,

Yes, you read my apparent amazement correctly :-).

I'm just getting started on looking at my client's doc, so I don't know yet
whether they have a good set of styles set up or whether they just took the
"defaults." But I am installing LyX now, and will also compare it to the
other one I'd found (BaKoMa-TeX). The client mentioned that some people
use MiKTeX, but that's not a wysiwyg editor, so I don't think they knew
what I was asking when I asked what people were using.

So, more within a few days. Thanks so much for all the info!
