I never give leeway to false ground. To valid arguments, absolutely!
May the best idea win! But that's not what this thread is about.

Agreed. There's a completely different tactic needed if a boss is
behaving this way. And if a boss is continually allowed to act this
way, then I agree the best course of action is to cut and run.
