A co-worker is running RoboHelp 8 and she cannot get the project to run. She
gets two errors stating:

- Error in reading RHFrameStyleMappings.apj file

- Open project was cancelled or the application was unable to load database
for C:/Documents and Settings/username/Online Help Documentation/Online Help
Documentation.cpd

When we run this project on another co-workers laptop using RoboHelp 7, it
runs fine without errors. She cannot load RoboHelp 7, as the laptop
crashes, so she had to go to RoboHelp 8.

The IT group is now looking at the laptop as it may be more than a RoboHelp
8 issue.

Has anyone experienced a problem like this before ?

...

Thanks

Ed Soomre
