LOL. WinHelp's deprecation was announced in 2006, but it's still a valid
Help platform, thanks to popular demand.
Not only does WinHelp work under Vista, but MS has already released an
download to keep it working under Windows 7
(http://tinyurl.com/yfoed8y).
The download is required only for 32-bit WinHelp -- 16-bit works
natively in Vista. But 32-bit WinHelp is better than 16-bit.
CHM and WinHelp each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Good
thing we still have a choice!
